David Lanni, Owner of David Lanni Construction, has been in the remodeling industry for the past 27 years, with extensive experience in kitchen, bathroom, whole house, interior and exterior remodeling.  We specialize in custom and unique designs and remodeling.  

Our company was founded in 1998 by Owner, David W. Lanni.  Through the years, we have grown from a small business into a very successful and respected remodeling company.  We take pride in our work and always have excellent references and catalogues of previous jobs.

We offer guidance in planning, designing, financing and every other aspect of the owners goals and expectations.

We are extremely proud of our quality of work and our customer service.  We encourage you to heck with the Better Business Bureau and with the Contractors State License Board to see that we have never had a complaint filed against us.  We also are a member of the National Association of Remodeling Industry.
